Cloud Desk Pro Basic Setup Guide


Run the Cloud Desk Pro installer, accepting all the relevant permissions.

Enter the Telency user credentials along with the Serial Number provided:

Once installed, there should be a green square icon in the system tray.

Right click on the green square icon to view the Cloud Desk Pro menu:

Dialling

In the Dialling tab within the configuration menu, enable Clipboard dialling and Application dialling. If you use Skype for Business, click Dialling handlers and install Skype for Business


Windows Settings

The Clipboard Dial pop-up notifications requires the follow Windows System setting to be enabled:

And the Focus Assist settings to be configured to either Off or Priority only with the Connect application added to the Priority list:

If the main display is being duplicated, the following Focus Assist setting must be disabled:

Availability

In the Availability tab, select the “Update SFB state when on a call” checkbox.


Google Contact Integration

  • Click on ‘Add new’ under the Integration submenu.
  • Select “Google Contacts” as the ‘Type’ from the drop-down list.
  • Click “Set” to add Google Contacts to the integration list and open the settings page.
  • Click on the “Link” button to open a window for you to enter your Google account details.
  • After authenticating your account, your Google contacts will be linked.
  • Click “Cache” at the bottom to have an automatic data connection every 60 minutes.

Microsoft Outlook Integration

  • Click on ‘Add new’ under the Integration submenu.
  • Select “Microsoft Outlook” as the ‘Type’ from the drop-down list.
  • Click “Set” to add Google Contacts to the integration list and open the settings page.
  • Select the relevant Outlook profile from the available list
  • The Information Store should then contain a list of available email accounts
  • The required Contacts folder should be ‘Contacts\GAL Contacts’
  • Click ‘Save’ when complete
