Navigating to the "Inbound Reporting" tab provides access to several reports,  including:


1) Hourly call totals over the last day

2) Average time to answer over the last day

3) Average call length over the last day

4) Daily total calls over the last week 




Moreover, custom statistics can be configured by clicking on the "Custom Stats" button and selecting from the various drop down menus, as shown in the image below:
